Year 12 have visited the Biosciences department at Wolverhampton University where they investigated the use of restriction enzymes to alter DNA of E.Coli. The experience to work with University academics and the equipment involved was tremendous and has helped further their understanding of genetics and working life at University.
All groups successfully completed their task – the first school group to do so! Well done year 12!
